Seth was great. I had several bids and he gave me options no one else did. His quote was considerably less for an upgraded product as compared to the other bids I got. Seth was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and prompt. The installer, Dustin, works for Hunter Douglas. He also did a great job. I love my new shade and would order again from Seth and Hunter Douglas in a heartbeat. Nice job guys!

Just have to say that working with Apex Window Fashions has been great! Seth went above and beyond walking me through troubleshooting the problems I was having with my current blinds. He helped me understand the options available and we selected the best option for me. He quickly earned my trust as he was always focused on helping achieve the results I was looking for. Their service was always prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Apex for their level of service. When I am next in the market for blinds, I will be going back to them.

Seth was great to work with. He was courteous and listened to our needs. Seth recommended a product we are absolutely happy with. Seth kept us up to date as to when the shades came in and when they would be installed. We selected the mesh roller shades and had them installed before the really hot weather hit. They were more expensive than I hoped but well worth it. What a difference the mesh shades made! Because we can still see through them, we keep them closed most the time! Seth showed up when scheduled. He didn't push me into anything, was sensitive to my blinds wants and needs. He was VERY knowledgeable. Seth got right to the measuring of the spaces, the blinds arrived quickly, and he installed them. He even took the time to walk me through how to use them, gave me tips, and didn't leave a mess afterwards that I would have to clean up. EXCELLENT! I have and will continue to highly recommend him!

Seth came to our house and showed different samples and gave recommendations. He made precise measurements and told me when we could expect arrival of the blinds. Then he came back, after scheduling with me, installed the blinds, and provided tips on using and maintaining them. Throughout this process he was cordial and very patiently answered my questions. Professionalism is his hallmark, and he takes pride in his work. This was a very positive experience with someone whose pleasant personality underlines his workmanship.

Seth was very detailed and anxious to please. He found the manufacturer we wanted and set them up when he did not carry them. We appreciated his going to a site to see what we wanted, his many trips to measure during construction and all his hard work getting everything just right.

We are so happy we found Seth and Apex Window Fashions to provide blinds for our 1904 Craftsman. Seth successfully navigated a minefield of problems: 1) The windows in our house are old and quirky with various moldings and upgrades. Seth had the expertise to work around potential problems to find blinds that work well and look beautiful on all the windows. 2) My husband uses a wheel chair and has limited mobility. In addition, the windows in some rooms in our house are very high. Unlike the other company that provided a bid, Seth had the expertise and concern to realize that most HunterDouglas operating systems would not work for us and recommended an operating system that resulted in our purchasing less expensive blinds. In other words, he put our needs first. 3) He provided good counsel on bells and whistles. We were planning to purchase top down/bottom up and blackout blinds for most windows. Seth helped us analyze our needs and we ended up purchasing these styles more judiciously, resulting in considerable savings. As others indicate, Seth provides reasonable, professional, timely, and friendly service. But he goes well beyond that. Now that we have been living with the blinds for some weeks, we have benefited from the wisdom of Seth's advice. We are very, very happy with our blinds and very grateful to Seth for his thoughtful consultation. I can't imagine a better experience!

Seth is very honest and fair. We had several specialists visit our home for an estimate and his service and selection was much better than the competition.

recently had the wonderful experience of working with Apex window fashions.
After obtaining four bids for new window treatments I decided to go with Apex
because of the following reasons.

            1. In my initial look at the
different samples the owner Seth was very generous with his time. He took the
time to answer all my questions show me a wide variety of treatments available.
Showed me various samples of colors and even held them up in my rooms so that I
could see how they would look. After deciding on Hunter Douglas and the colors,
Seth said, ?Think about it for a while and I will have the company send you
samples to play with and hold up in your home so that you can be sure of your
decision.? This happened and I played with the samples. I called Seth back for
the final measurements and was told they would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. Imagine
my joy when they came in within a week.

            2. Apex is a company that not only
sells window treatments but installs the window treatments.

            3. Apex met the lowest bid that I
had received for window treatments.

            4. During the installation Seth was
extremely meticulous in making sure that everything worked properly with my new
bottom-up top-down blinds. The colors matched perfectly what I had expected.
All and all the work was extremely satisfactory.

            5. Seth is an expert in window
treatments. In measuring my home for the window treatments he discovered that
one of our windows would not remain in an upright position when opened. He
shared with us the Milgard Window policy of a lifetime guarantee, and gave us a
telephone number to call to receive help. This we did and the window now works
perfectly.

            5. The last reason I selected Seth
was because of his witty personality and his backing of his products. He
answers the phone when one calls and is available to make minor repairs or give
detailed instructions over the phone. I look forward to working with him in the
future when I replace more window treatments.

After remodeling, we needed new window coverings in our bathrooms. Even though there were only 3 window coverings needed, Seth treated our small job with respect. He spent the time that was needed to show us the many options available. His advice was invaluable! The price quote was competitive and fair. There were no surprises. Everything was as expected. The window coverings arrived within the given time frame. They were expertly installed. I am pleased that Apex will do any future necessary repairs.

We used Apex Windows 20+ years ago in a prior home, and were so impressed by Seth and his work, that, when we needed window coverings for our current home, I immediately looked to see if Apex was still doing windows in our area. Seth is very personable, but not overbearing. Apex has a tremendous selection of products from many companies, and we wanted just the right
blinds for our 4 large windows.  Seth has many years of expertise in window coverings, and gave excellent advice and
counsel on the right materials and colors for our room. He was puntual for the sales consult and the install, and did a quick, thorough, skilled installation. We are thrilled with our new window coverings and couldn't be happier with Apex and the service we received. The price was somewhat higher than if we had done this through a "big box" store, but the selection, materials, advice, and workmanship/installation skills are worth every penny.
