Purchase of our cordless shades fro Jet City Blinds was an excellent experience from start to finish. They were professional from the sales person who measured and took our order to the installer who efficiently removed our old shades and installed our new ones. We have only had the product a few days , but it works well and appears well designed.

Helpful selection ideas made decision easier. Installer identified problem with how a particular roller shade was measured/made for and ordered replacement immediately as he felt it was important to the overall look. After installation (about 3 months later) a question arose about how one side of roller shade operated on patio slider. Sent pic to Jet City and they immediately ordered replacement for it....no questions! Quality is great, service was just fine. We would use them again.

Jet City Blinds is a very professional company. They have very knowledgeable people in every department of the company. The sales people know the diverse product range and what would work best for each application. The installers were fast and clean all while doing an excellent job. We ordered shutters and blinds on about August 15th was told the lead time would be 4 to 5 weeks. Was also told that someone would be calling to take more exact measurements before making the shutters. After a couple of weeks, I e-mailed the sales person (Cathy) and I got an immediate call to set up a measurement appointment. I think started getting the paperwork processed from Cathy so I am sure that she had dropped the ball and didn't do anything with my order around back around the 15th of August. As the beginning of October came around, I checked in with Cathy again about the status of the shutters and blinds. She responded and said she would check and get back to me. It took a couple of more e-mails on my part over the next few weeks to finally get an answer from Cathy. I was finally told the order would be ready November 11th, which is about 11 weeks from my initial placement of the order. I cannot comment on the quality yet, but the service thus far has been unacceptable to me.

I can assure you that were not known for dropping the ball on any of the above mentioned. Shutters take time because they are a such a unique product....theres [Member Information Removed] a lot of calculation, special measure, production time, shipping time, and then scheduling installation. I believe you will love your shutters when theyre in your windows, hopefully you will upgrade your review for us, a D grade is a disappointment, were much better than that:)"

It was a fine product. I wasn't really pleased with the installation. They could have returned my call when I had some questions about the installation. I wouldn't use them again.

We met with Brian, we had simple needs--just horizontal wood blinds for 4 bedroom windows. Brian knew exactly what to show us and helped me to choose the best color for one room. He was in and out of our house in about 30-45 minutes. Even arrived a little early! The only bump was getting them installed, it seems like they have a limited number of installers. If you do not have a flexible schedule, you may be waiting a while. We got lucky and the installer was able to make it to us after someone else cancelled, so we actually didn't wait more than a week or so once the blinds were in. I found Jet City through Costco and would definitely use them again. The product is quite nice and rooms do look a bit more pulled together. We chose the cordless option due to small children and could not be happier.

I signed the contract with Jet City Blinds (Kathleen Bohlken was the sales agent) in the 3rd week of July. My contract said the estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks. I checked back with them Sep 21st and have been check about once a week since then i.e. for the last one month. I have been told multiple times by Kathleen that 'they' will call you today for installation. Its been almost 3 months and there have been no calls, no updates and no explanations or anything. I am still waiting. Its a shame that Costco goes thru this provider (and only this provider) for blinds. Save yourselves some time and hassle and find another provider.

This was an order that required a remeasure for installation purposes and took some extra time finalizing. I also understand there was a small lack of communication when trying to get the installation scheduled. Again, we`re so sorry for the delay, and it was great to hear that things went very well last week at the install, and was told it looks fantastic!"

You wanted us to order cut sampling from the vendor that took extra time before ordering, then you didn't answer any of our calls and only wanted to speak with Costco when we were trying to coordinate the installation etc., and your family also went on vacation which further prolonged the finish. None of this was mentioned in your review, again I’m very sorry you feel this way, we always try our very best to make sure the process works as smooth as possible. :)"

Pamela came promptly out to our home to measure the windows and also helped me make informed decisions. We talked about pros and cons of different kinds of blinds. I originally was only going to cover 2 rooms but the prices were so good that I was able to cover 5 different rooms without going bankrupt. ?She was very thorough, very knowledgeable, punctual and delivered even faster than I expected. ?I asked if they could rush my order as we were expecting company and they did. They came to install the blinds too in five different areas of my house. The service was professional and the quality was great. I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them!

This company performed very well. From the first time I called them through installation the process went very well. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. They came out quickly to do measurements and provide a bid. They ordered the blinds quickly. As soon as they received the blinds they called and installed them professionally. WELL DONE ! !
