He told them if they were not able to get help Slabjack would be happy to give them an estimate and do the work. My neighbors spoke to the other company who agreed to extend their warranty and do their repairs free of charge. "concrete First off-Aaron Calvo was wonderful to work with. I had so many questions and concerns. He handled them all with thoughtfulness and honesty. He was responsive to phone calls throughout and oriented the team the day of the work. He was also willing to work with me on several areas not considered in the original estimate. When it seemed that the concrete was slow to dry on the inside in several places- he made a special trip to the house to check on things and help speed up the process. His customer service was excellent.
The team who did the work were on time,very hard working,pleasant,professional, finished everything in one day(wow) and cleaned up after themselves better than I do. 
 It was a good experience with Perma Dry. A little more expensive than other bids but Aaron's customer service more than made up for it. I await the winter rains to see how everything works under maximum stress. I have no doubt that if there are problems, Perma Dry's quick responsiveness and professionalism will remain consistent.

Mapa and his team were here promptly and did an excellent job of taking out the broken blocks along with a grape plant, putting in new rebar to join the 2 walls and provide stability, building a wooden frame and then pouring the new concrete to encase some parts of the old wall that were still stable. They also filled an area with screening and smaller rocks to allow for extra drainage. Clean-up was very good."
