Excellent work at a good price!

Need to have better communication of expectations. customer need to be proactive to contact them for updates and not waiting for them to call you with schedule changes. Expect delays and things to not go as smoothly as planned. They are a good construction team, and work hard and quickly to get the job done.

Rich stayed in contact with me, did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it! The price was fair. They cleaned up everything and completed everything on time. They never "blew me off" like so many contractors can do. I would absolutely hire them again!

You've read the other reviews and we completely agree with others. Richard and his entire crew we nothing short of fantastic to work with. The price was exactly as agreed. The team worked so hard demo'ing the large existing cement driveway, cleaning the mess as they went, setting the forms and preparing for Cement pour day. The work was outstanding and really enhances the entire view of our home with such clean lines and perfect, professional installation. You really should see how nice it looks now. My only disappointment is that I don't have more work for them to do. I am serious when I say what a great crew they are. Really enjoyed interacting with all of them on such a large project that is so important to us. It is the first thing you see when you look at our house and I can tell you how great it looks now. You will not be sorry by hiring Richard and his team. Just simply phenomenal group and the 4 inch thick, 4000psi aggregate driveway that is quite large, is simply a work of art now.

Richard and his crew were very professional and polite. During the demolition, they kept everything neat and tidy, no messes left at anytime. After completing the project, they gave clear instructions and have touched base to see how everything is going. They did an excellent job! We would definitely encourage others in need to call them for a bid. We would not hesitate to call them for any similar projects we may have in the future.

Richard and crew did excellent work. With a hand shake and a small deposit, the deal was done. his crew showed up not only on time, but early. Richard even showed up a day later to fill a crack, in the driveway. That one he threw in extra, no charge. fair price, great work, I highly recommend him.
