"Leo and Ben built a new deck and railings for my front porch. They did a beautiful job from start to finish, and the project turned out exactly as I had hoped. "We completed gutted our bathroom and updated everything. Upland did all the demo work and then installed a new shower, tub, toilet, vanity and changed a swing door to a pocket door. Most of the work was satisfactory but they ran into an issue while grouting the shower. They had advised us to use a certain type of grout but they hadn't used it before so they ran into some issues there. Then had to call them back a couple of times to remove grout residue from the tiles which was never completely removed. Also, within the first year we had to re-caulk the tub."
