Excellent Small Buisiness Roofing Company. I will hire them again to do my entire house this summer. The job I hired them to do is to strip 1/2 of my garage roof, repair corner of roof which was damaged, install a new composit roofing using shingles resistant to wind velocity to 130 mph, and install 26 feet of gutters. A. Company is in high demand. Get your roofing request in early. B. Workmanship. Lead and working supervisor/owner very professional. Takes pride in his and his crew's workmanship. Very professional work ethic. Stays focussed on project and gets the job done. Identifies errors prior roofer's made and corrects those errors when reroofing.. C. Uses high quality roofing materials with quality warranties, also does metal roofing. D. Their bid is very competitive. Make sure you include them your list of roofing contractors. Work with the Customer Service Representative (co/owner). It's a small company and they need a few days to work in an estimate. You will not regret it. E. Makes and installs tailored gutters and downspouts on site.

The company had done a very bad work on the roof and the gutter, water leakage from the gutters and when we got a heavy snow, the gutters starts falling off. This is a nightmare from the very first work that they have done. Deck works was also done terribly wrong and left whole lot of mess. Everything was a Disaster and he was really apologetic but there is nothing done right up to now. The company should take the full responsibility to make things right and do the job properly.

This summer Rudy at RVM All Metal replaced our many years old, multiple layered, torch-down (and who knows what else) roof for us. He and his crew were clean and for the most part careful. Better than I was expecting. There was one plant casualty. A newly planted Bleeding Heart stepped on or smooshed while the old roof was being removed. Everything else went well. Rudy while not always present for the tear-off was always on-site for the installation. In fact, for our house I believe he did nearly the entire installation himself. Something I very much appreciated. I waited until now to write this review as I wanted to check for leaks. Looks dry! The old roof had a leak around the chimney. Not anymore! While a metal roof is more expensive than other options I wanted a low maintenance roof. Our roof is low pitch and we live in a spot that gets high winds. Other options for the low pitch design looked vulnerable to sticks and other debris blowing out of the nearby trees. I also like that Rudy over-builds important elements like the flashing. Rushing a job and building to minimum specifications can be short sighted. Especially, for those of us who live in such a wet and at times very windy area. I would definitely recommend Rudy and his company to others.

They did a great job with the installation. We had the roof from asphalt to metal roof. They were great as far as the installation they were great. Overall, They got it done in 4 working days. They cleaned up after themselves. We didn't have any issue with damage and all. We're happy with it. There we two things that happened. It was a very difficult to get a hold of them. During the installation process they only show up and leave and don't make any follow-up. They just need to improve their communication with customer. But overall, they were good. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional. Very happy with the quality.

It went well, I'm real happy with the outcome.

We wanted to get the work done before the weather broke down. We had to wait until the end of August, about 5- 1/2 weeks. Rudy had us scheduled for August 28th but bumped us to the 31st because of delays getting supplies. (This puzzled me because he knew the job was coming up so why not have things ordered and delivered earlier?) He experienced some problems with the old shingles and the amount of adhesive used previously and did a temporary fix with the flashing for the porch roof areas. He came back 10 days later on September 10th with more shingles to finish and properly step cut the flashing down the angle of the front porch roof line and shingled over the flashing to the wall. He wasn't able to exactly follow suit on the back porch but the flashing and caulking work modifications he made appear to be sound and will keep the water out. It was very difficult for him to cut into the ship lap siding. But, he succeeded. His finest work was the chimney cap and flashing collar with mesh to keep the critters out and a rain cap. When I had questions, Miriam was fairly prompt to get back in touch with me either by phone, email or text. Aside from a little sloppiness (found an empty caulking tube in my hydrangea bushes, instructions for the rain cap installation in a flower bed and found some dropped roofing screws in a parking area that could have led to a tire puncture problem but hasn't to my knowledge), I am very satisfied with the help we got from the very capable Rudy and Miriam in the front office. And relieved to have this done before facing another wet Northwest fall and winter.

There were unexpected delays related to RVM's parts suppliers and to poor weather conditions but all work was completed in a professional manner. Excellent clean-up after work was done. Miriam, Rudy and Oscar may each place a Gold Star by their names on mom's refrigerator.

We hired them and they came and did the job, were late and/or didn't communicate completely all the time, but were pretty good about everything else. The project was strung out a bit, either because they had other jobs to finish, or because of the weather. The final product looks great and they did an immaculate job of cleaning up after themselves. Over all I would give them an A- to B+.

After reaching out to RVM All Metal, Rudy (the owner) came over to take the measurements necessary for assembling a quote. While talking to him I learned that they also install gutters so I asked for two quotes, one for the roof only and one for roof and gutters. After I decided to move forward with the latter we agreed on a date. Because of rain in the forecast we wound up pushing the start date a few days in order to ensure that the roof is replaced in dry weather. Rudy and his crew were punctual and professional. Due to the schedule adjustment Rudy wound up working on a Saturday. He did most of the work and stood out for his attention to detail and cleaning the workspace at the end of each day. At the end of the project they mailed me a 10 year warranty document for the roof. I am pleased with RVM All Metal and the results of their work!

It went well. The crew worked efficiently and professionally. The install was not perfect but that was due to the way the roof had been installed. I think the crew dealt with those problems as best they could.

IT WENT VERY WELL IN SPITE OF SOME SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS. AFTER STARTING WE HAD SNOW AND ICE CONDITIONS AND I FELT VERY SORRY FOR THE WORKMEN, BUT THEY CONTINUED. THEY HAD TO STOP FOR A COUPLE DAYS DUE TO VERY SEVERE CONDITIONS, BUT COVERED THE ROOF SO WATER DIDN'T GET INTO THE HOME. THEY KEPT ADVISED AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON. VERY PROFESSIONAL, I WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.

Bad weather caused a huge delay. 5 weeks later, RVM came by, and did a hands on inspection. No caulking, as the weather is too cold. Very personable, and experienced with metal roofing. Recommended a Spring/Summer job to fix a few small problems. Am waiting for a quote. I cannot put down more until work is actually done, but gut feeling is a job well done but hard to schedule.

Initially, there were some delays due to poor weather conditions, but once they were able to get started, the job went without a hitch. Once completed, everything was all cleaned up, and debris hauled away. They even covered my haystack in the barn for me! Every time I go in the barn, now,I'm so happy. I love my clean, and dry barn and I spend much more time in there, now. I recommend RVM to all my neighbors and friends.

RVM Enterprises provided exceptional service! We had just had our home resided with Hardee plank boards. The company that did our siding was reattaching our old gutters which were in OK shape BUT a couple of the gutters got damaged. The painter was scheduled to paint in 2 weeks & now we were in need of replacing our gutters. We found RVM Enterprises and called them. After explaining our situation they came the same day to quote the job ... started 2 days later ... and finished in 2 days. We were thrilled to get gutters so quickly! Especially since we had NOT planned to get new gutters. Rudy the owner and his assistant were incredibly kind & respectful. They do roofs also and we hope to purchase a metal roof from them in the future. I highly recommend them.
