"Thank you for the review. I spoke to the customer after this review, this was just a miscommunication. The inside edges were painted. They were painted the body color and not the trim color (sometimes called a "California Cut"). All houses are done this way by default (by every painting contractor). She thought it would be done by what is called a "French Cut." We would have been happy to do it this way if she had requested it. Again, I do apologize for the miscommunication on this."
