Manufacturer determined it was not a defect but a result of either being dropped or improperly installed. Certified mail sent to installer ignored for weeks....
We had our bathroom remodeled by Cody and Straight Line Construction. They did a fantastic job! They were prompt, polite, honest and did great work! We have an older home that needs more bathrooms updated as well as some other things in our home and we will definitely hire them again!
