"Erick with AG construction came to my rental a week ago. He had the proper equipment to crawl under the house and determine what I needed to fix broken heat pipe, replace vapor barrier and replace insulation from a plumbing leak. I also had signs of rodents. He gave me a bid that was reasonable and was able to have his team on the job within a week. "I needed my attic insulation updated. It had the original “blown in” loose material from 1975. After 49 years it had deteriorated and compressed. It was only a few inches deep. Also a leak in our old roof (recently replaced) had caused some mold in the old insulation. It had to be removed completely and redone. I called JB Insulation and asked for an estimate. Jose came over and inspected our attic. His experience and expertise was evident by how he explained everything. I felt very confident that I wanted his company to do the job. His price was very competitive and offered us the most value for our money. On the day of the job, his guys took much care in preparing for the job. They covered and taped our floors and wall corners to protect our home’s interior. They used a high powered insulation vacuum and removed all of the old insulation.
