There’s a lot of contractors who reached out about this project but what I really liked and one of the reason why I hired them because when Eduardo came out to look at the projects he listened and and then he shared with me his thoughts, unlike the others who just insisted this and that and I even almost kicked one out of the house already. After all, we the homeowners are the customers . Anyways, there’s more projects ahead of us and I definitely don’t mind having them to come out for estimate. "Bob and his team, Sean and Tony, did an outstanding job on our project from the moment they started. Bob runs very learn, so some of the back-end frills that you might get (and pay for) from other contractors you won't find with Bob. What you'll get instead is a team of people who are thoughtful, diligent, and courteous. They did an entire bathroom remodel for us down to the studs, installed tile in our other bathroom, and removed a wall in our guest bathroom. Everything went smoothly and the project came in almost exactly at the original budgeted price. "Harry Wheeler and his 2 employees did a very good job. They made sure that the roof dimensions were squared, and they did excellent work with the framing and installing the roofing material. The center part of the roof was an opaque corrugated fiber that let light into the area - and the replacement that Harry's team did is even better. It's a little larger than the one we had before and lets in more light. They also made sure that the vertical supports for the repaired roof were solid and that the barn itself was undamaged by the falling tree."
