I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

The Blue Vase name has helped me keep my tongue on one occation with an upset client, who had lost her 20+ year position with a major airline because she didn’t want to uproot her family to transfer, which caused me to be invited to stay for dinner.
