The workers drove nearly 60 miles to my place, appeared precisely on time, did careful work that took exactly as long as the office predicted, were pleasant, were flexible about payment types, and provided a receipt and instructions for letting the work cure to prevent leaks. The cost precisely matched the estimate I was given when I phoned for an appointment. A good experience all around. Actionaire came out on 4/14/15 and looked at cooler. I was told that it needed condensing unit parts and the quote was for $500.00. The next day they showed up and replaced parts (maybe - I can't prove it) added refrigerant (again I can't prove it) and added dye to detect leak (also can't prove). Actionaire employee, provided me with a bill for triple the price while I had several customers in the store, I was working by myself and not able to step away to discuss the invoice with the employee - I left a message for the bookkeeper at the first break I got.
Next day 5/16/15 - cooler still not reaching temperature and had to have new company come out and fix the cooler. The new company verified no dye was ever added and was able to get my cooler back up and running.
I contacted Actionaire about the cooler still not working and the invoice price being 3 times more than quote. The manager said he would lower the price to the original quote and provide me with a copy of the packing slip for the parts they replace. I never received the new invoice - instead I received the original invoice one month later. I contacted company again about the price and the fact that they did not repair the cooler - they sent the original invoice to collections and refuse to take any calls from me.
Bottom line - not only did they charge me triple the quote price - the did NOT fix the cooler!!

We do not feel pushed to do more than is necessary, and it's helpful that they have told us when it looks like something would be needed in the near future so we can plan for that work. There is an associated quarry, and a trucking operation. While the price for the work was significantly more than we'd anticipated would be necessary, we were new to private road repair and maintenance and had to hope that the recommended work and charges were reasonable and advisable. With heavy trucks coming soon and the winter weather not yet over, we had to rely on the contractor's integrity and reputation in the community in hiring a contractor. Al seemed sincere and forthright in discussing progress and points at which it appeared to him that additional work might be worthwhile to us in the long run, and he was careful to check with us to get work okayed before proceeding. His crew was easy to work with, and we liked Al and the others. Al explained his professional suggestions but did not pressure us, and we approved work incrementally to the point that we paid four times what we had originally planned, repairing some deep holes, areas of poor drainage, and years of rough usage and neglect. It would have been better to reach a clearer understanding about our preference for a basic repair of the whole stretch of road rather than an excellent repair of first one section and then another. We thought we had managed this but in fact were in the position, like people buying house siding in the old days, of finding two sides completely finished and two only just started. Given our lack of expertise with roadwork, this was unfortunate but perhaps not surprising. We do not feel that the company was at fault in this. In the end, we do have a good solid repair of everything but the parking area in front of our house, are happy with the quality of the work, and feel confident that it will be long-lasting. We will also feel free to call Al for future work, and will be in a better position as consumers to negotiate what we truly need. At the time of this writing, Justice is charging $235 per 15-16-ton truckload (at least for a job like ours), compared with $840 for a single truckload of the same size charged by his nearest competitor, Ashe Construction, in Randle, WA. They were once the place to go for auto repair. We took our cars there for years for any repair we needed, and were always pleased. But around 2009-10 there was a change, with new repair men, and new people in the office. I had one of my mirror's knocked part off my car while at the grocery store. I went in, and they said that they didn't have the part, but would order it and call me when it was in. Over the next few months, I would call them every other week to find out that they couldn't find a mirror for my suburban. Like an idiot, I felt committed and stuck with them until they finally ordered and got in the part. They ordered two, so I'd have a matched set. I was fine with this. They also said they'd repair the holes left by the accident at the grocery store. Instead, it seems they went a different route. My guess is they didn't want my car sides to not match ... so they ripped the other mirror off the other side too, to leave matching holes in both sides of my car. The new mirrors were quite cheap too. But mostly, THEY PUT HOLES IN MY CAR DOOR. And charge me $350 to do it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I use Eagle Auto Repair in Forks now. A great local find! Replaced the toilet flange, added a new wax ring and lead anchors - all in about 30 minutes with no mess left behind. Very honest as well: final bill was about $70 lower than initial estimate. I definitely recommend Elway and will use them for all future plumbing repairs.
Mike is one of the best professional contractors I have ever worked with. He knows his stuff, he's honest, helpful, and helps you understand your systems as well as repairs them. I highly highly recommend him. He does top quality work, is completely reliable, and takes care of his customers.

"We’re very happy with the re-financing process through Westwood Mortgage. Erika was very detailed in her emails to make sure we didn’t miss anything. She treated me with the utmost respect, and made me feel less stressed. I could ask her any questions without feeling like it was a silly question, and she responded very quickly. This experience gets an “A” compared to other home financing companies experiences."

FAQs for mailbox repair projects in Montesano, WA
Brick mailbox repairs cost about $625 on average, ranging from about $500 to $750, depending on the extent of damage, type of brick and mortar, time of year, location, and experience level of the mason doing repairs. Hire a masonry contractor to inspect the brick mailbox’s damage and recommend a repair plan. They can also provide a price estimate that’s specific to your type and size of mailbox.
Yes, it’s usually possible to repair damaged brick mailboxes. If the masonry is damaged, the brick can be cut out and replaced, or the mortar joints can be cut out and retucked. However, the new mortar will likely be different in color from the original mortar joints. In most cases, if the mailbox itself is damaged, it’s possible to cut it out and replace it. Consult a masonry contractor to determine whether it’s worth repairing your brick mailbox based on its value and amount of damage.
Typically, a brick mason will repair a brick mailbox. They can provide an estimate for repairs, which may include sourcing replacement brick, mortar, and other materials. If your brick mailbox has been completely destroyed, you should check with your local building code enforcement office to confirm that a brick mailbox is allowed in your location as some areas do not allow brick mailboxes because of the potential hazard for drivers who may hit them.
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their own mailboxes. Otherwise, a property manager is responsible for repairs and maintenance if the Post Office does not maintain it. If you own your home, you are responsible for maintaining the mailbox at the specified height, distance from the road, and functionality.
Mailbox repair can cost anywhere from $100 to $300, depending on the type of mailbox, materials involved, and labor cost. The estimated cost of repairs also depends on whether you need to replace the mailbox post, the post’s construction, and type of mailbox. If you have multiple mailboxes, the cost will increase compared to a single mailbox.
