"Amazing service and great communications! If you are looking for an honest contractor who really cares for your property (and your money), then I highly recommend Promise Land. They renovated several properties for me in Centralia in the last 6 months, including a single family, a 100 year old apartment complex, and several storage units. Beth did a great job communicating the details of each project and in each case provided recommendations to save money or add more value to the property. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

I would 100% recommend him for any job, and will have him back to do more for me. His estimate was half of two others. We had a large project flattening a slope, installing a retailing wall, cedar fence, pavers, river rock and a railing on our deck. "We made an appointment and he was there when he said he would be. He is a very pleasant young man. He gave me three different options on what to be done and then e-mailed me the estimates. I got the estimate on repairing and remodeling of the deck. He quoted me somewhere between $22,000 to $50,000. He was very warm, friendly and professional. He asked me questions about what it was that I needed and told me his ideas, so that there was a back and forth communication about what needed to be done."
