"everything went very well. The trees that we had cut were close to the water pump and our home. He cut the trees and told us where they would land and they landed just where he said. The job was done in less that 2 hours if that. A very good experience and we would hire him again. We would and have recommended him."

"Hire Ybarra Professional Builders Inc. NOW and ask for David and Jacob. Their whole team and vendors are exceptional at what they do. You will definitely be satisfied and they are AMAZING!!! Their work is outstanding and their level of commitment is commendable. The sub contractors and contractors they use are outstanding too. David is the strategic, financial behind the scenes person you will work with. You will know when, what to do and how much it all costs. He will try to get you the most reasonable price point for your project and he has no hidden agenda like other contractors I met. Then Jacob is the hands on, builder person you share your vision of what you want, then he will make it happen. He will say, â letâ s pick out the materials, color, and model and do it.â Both are extremely passionate about the projects they work on and handle it all so well. Their character is beyond my belief: honest, intelligent, helpful, caring, kind, supportive, and always available. Finally, they communicate exceptionally well, and lessen the stress from it all. They send updates with videos, calls, and/or meet with you every step of the way. I cannot say enough great things about David and Jacob and so will you. They are turning my home into my â dream homeâ and they will do the same for YOU!!!! Call David now at 747-488-1495."

Painters, who was in the midst of a extensive exterior paint job. The house is a classic box-style with some beautiful exterior wood details which we wanted to preserve and highlight. Tim worked well with our painter to get an old house ready for the final exterior painting work. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and on time with a very few changes of schedule. Because of the success of that work, and because of the competence and enthusiasm Tim brought to the project (small as it was), I then hired him to work with to me design and rebuild the original entry, to more closely match the original details of the house. That project turned out really well, too, and it then made perfect sense to hire Tim to work on a re-design of the outdoor and garden lighting. Working together, we came up with a unique solution to the challenge of providing outdoor security lighting which also is aesthetically pleasing, and highlights our developing side garden. Tim was trustworthy, good-natured and easy to work with. Drawing on a wide breadth of knowledge, Tim was able to come up with creative, cost effective solutions that I had not considered. In short, he offered options that saved money. Tim’s willingness and skill at developing a realistic budget at the very early stages of the project development - sort of a bare minimum needed to get us there - was very reassuring and freeing, as it later allowed us to feel comfortable about adding some upgrades in the finishing stage. Another benefit of working with Tim is that he can do both the design and construction work. He draws on many years of work in architecture and construction. Tim is a good communicator, who listened to our needs and ideas and carefully discussed with us all of our concerns. The focus was on helping us cratively and cost-effectively define the goals and put together a plan to accomplish the project. Tim brings to a project a wealth of knowledge, which he told us he acquired through over 30 years of experience in the northwest, especially work on older homes with all their eccentricities. Tim takes great delight in problem solving design and construction challenges on older homes. In his work, Tim was thoughtful and conscientious, and brought a mix of humor and serious problem-solving skills to the project. He interacted well with the children of the household, too. It was overall the kind of experience that leaves clients satisfied and pleased with the results."

"Rubin came out to look at the job and discussed an additional job I was considering. He did not send the estimate for the second job, but then did communicate the information to me when he came out to do the first job. Rubin was very professional, personable and a clear communicator. I had purchased and Angie Big Deal of three hours for $99 dollars expecting the job would require an additional 1-2 hours. His estimate and final price came out about what I expected. His work was very good. I will have him back to do the second job of refinishing the walls in the bathroom."

"Hired Eric to repair and paint very weathered wood trim around garage and external doors and paint shutters on 2 story house. There was a lot of prep work: soft washing, puttying, and sanding as the wood was very weathered. Eric worked daily and painted after dark to finish the job."

"This company is awesome from the website, to the sales rep Theo to the construction a the preassembled portions and including the final custom assembly by the crew! I have plenty of experience in the construction industry selling, designing, permitting, and constructing and overseeing many residential projects. I had the best subcontractors and these guys remind me of those contractors. Even Theo in the sales position was very thorough and organized. This is a very fragmented job hopping from one project to dozens of others constantly and yet every detail was double checked. At the last minute he double checked and caught a color discrepancy that had gone by me completely. I have had plenty of experiences with other contractors that I would not use again but I would not hesitate to use tough sheds again even for a vacation shell home. They rock! Good guys!"

"I'm extremely happy with the painting and all that Chris did around my house to make something over 100 years look sharp again. He did many little extras we never discussed without asking and it was a total surprise. This is who I will be telling people to use."
