21 Took 12 weeks to get materials. Shower pan had a permanent stain but was installed anyway. A crack was found in the porcelain. Manufacturer determined it was not a defect but a result of either being dropped or improperly installed. Certified mail sent to installer ignored for weeks....

"Arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. I cannot believe that people choose to use this guy's services. First off he shows up to the job site a few hours late. He then proceeds to give me a bid so high that I thought he was joking. We are talking almost 4 times as much as the average of everyone else's bid. As we are walking back to our vehicles I ask him for my plans back. He then smugly proceeds to tell me that he left the plans back at the job site because "they are not his plans". At that point I raise my voice and we begin a heated back-and-forth. As he is leaving he backs up on my lawn then as he is pulling forward he manages to run over a 35 gallon cooler that he apparently could not see. The whole time yapping about how he does so much better work than everybody else and how he's booked out with jobs. If he sees this he will probably comment back that this is not what happened but I have cameras that would prove otherwise. As folks here have stated Skyler is rude disrespectful arrogant and overpriced zero stars."
