When he came over to evaluate my project, he made sure to understand the source of the water damage. Josh informed us of our options and explained in detail the project schedule. As he uncovered more water damage, Josh worked with me and my insurance company to accurately communicate the issues. This was a huge help. While completing the demolition Josh informed me of a couple "builder blunders" and fixed them before proceeding. This was above and beyond the job he was hired to do, but it testament to his work ethic - do it right the first time or don't do it at all. Once all the prep was completed, Josh worked his magic and installed a water-tight tile shower enclosure that I'm confident will last a lifetime. Also, sa father of young children, Josh understands the importance of a clean job site and a safe environment for kids. Josh knows that his job site is your home and I was very impressed with the extra effort to keep it clean and safe at the end of each day.
