To make the shower bigger, he knocked out one wall that had shelving removed on the backside, rebuilt the new wall, and installed more plumbing to accommodate the extra space. The second wall was reduced to a half-wall and a door was removed. He dealt with new drywall, reinforcing beams over an open door space while creating the half-wall, installation of new shower and bathroom fixtures, and even did some painting. Shower tile and shower pan was subcontracted out to some very experienced and capable tile persons who were chosen by Ean. Ean is a very personable and easy to talk to. He listens. I asked his opinion about my ideas and he gave me his honest thoughts. He was very agreeable to work with when I would change my mind about something in the plans.
