James is a good communicator and more importantly a great listener to customer needs. There were countless times throughout the project we had to discuss/review options, James always had a solution to my varied requests. This project entailed both framing and finish work, including the decking, soffit and barbeque area. I was impressed with the quality of framing but more impressed with the finish work and his attention to detail and making sure the job was done right. His expectations ran down to all of his subcontractors, so I never had a concern with regards to who was going to show up to do the concrete/electrical or other tasks.
