"Paul Burlingame (and team) constructed a basement garage and attached ADU on the side of our 100 year old house - no small feat at all. After meeting up with Alvaro (owner) several times to discuss the projects, we decided to hire him. The best part about this renovation was that Alvaro did the work himself with very good eye on details, as well he is very knowledgeable on plumbing, tiles, carpentry and electrical. Also, he has a great crew. Often, they worked weekends and stayed late. We were very happy with Alvaro and his crew and, we plan to hire them again soon for our next house project."
