"Ken the owner is very friendly and down to earth. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Ben who works for him is a very sweet young man. Very patient and polite. Does a thorough job. He fixed our dryer vent and cleaned it. They both did a great job and educated on how to keep our dryer vent safe and how often we're supposed to have them cleaned. We highly recommend Perfect Temp Inc. We will certainly be having them clean our vents every 2 years!!! Thank you very much Ken and Ben!!! It was a pleasure meeting you both."
