A water line had sprung a leak in the ice maker, dumping a large volume of water on the floor, under the cabinets, into the wall, everything was just soaked. I was surprised to see how quickly they were able to assess the damage and get started drying things out. I was also surprised that the owner of the company, Rafael arrived at my home a few hours later to personally check on the progress of the job. Rafael checked in almost daily to make sure things were progressing smoothly, which I really appreciated! After several hours of clean-up, and thankfully finding no mold, the team had installed an array of specialized drying equipment, including one specially designed for hardwood floors. I was very concerned that the flooring would have to be replaced, driving up the cost. Fortunately that was no problem! After several days my floors, walls, and cabinets were *completely* dry.
