Lead electrician Keith and crew were prompt, friendly and professional throughout the installation on the day we had scheduled. A wiring issue required Keith to return for several Saturday visits, and we appreciated his communication and determination to make sure we were completely satisfied. The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty.
