Aaron was compassionate and super responsive, took care of us every step of the way, explained the process and really put us at ease by providing updates, photos, videos and managing applications and permits with the Health District on our behalf (we were out of country at the time). He even worked with us on payment since we were limited on funds until the house closed. He also works with an in-house designer and coordinated pumping and inspection. The full process from first call to final inspection was completed within the month, with the actual work itself taking no more than 3 days. We would 100% recommend Aaron and his team time and again. "The process went smoothly from beginning to finish. Jeremy gave me several options for a sub-panel and once selected/scheduled the work was done in just a few hours. This installation was tricky in that our primary panel was fully utilized, but Jeremy was able to replace and combine two circuits using a newer breaker, making the circuit possible to our new sub-panel. Jeremy is detail oriented, answering questions and holding to his word. Post install, the panel looks like it was always there, and the wiring is nicely tucked inside walls/ceiling."
