"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

We got hit with a shocking discovery that our system would need to be fully replaced with a specialized system built for high water table in order to sell our house and pass inspection. Aaron was compassionate and super responsive, took care of us every step of the way, explained the process and really put us at ease by providing updates, photos, videos and managing applications and permits with the Health District on our behalf (we were out of country at the time). He even worked with us on payment since we were limited on funds until the house closed. He also works with an in-house designer and coordinated pumping and inspection. I had to get up at five to be there on time and then they were just a complete no-show. No call no nothing. I spent an hour on the phone phone trying to figure it out. The customer service person was rude. I asked to ask her four times to be allowed to talk to a supervisor because she said she couldn?t do a thing to help me only to find out that my job wasn?t even a scope of what they do which they could?ve told me on the intake so they seem like a huge company but the customer service was horrible for me atleast."
