But things that needed attention after the walk thru were not addressed excuses were made why they could not return to fix things like Cabniet drawers not shutting properly and not meeting in middle and base trim looks Ike a mess. Owner did not want to come back out be careful if your all ready in contract with them to be sure project is complete before paying because you will not get them to come back."

We got hit with a shocking discovery that our system would need to be fully replaced with a specialized system built for high water table in order to sell our house and pass inspection. Aaron was compassionate and super responsive, took care of us every step of the way, explained the process and really put us at ease by providing updates, photos, videos and managing applications and permits with the Health District on our behalf (we were out of country at the time). He even worked with us on payment since we were limited on funds until the house closed. He also works with an in-house designer and coordinated pumping and inspection. The full process from first call to final inspection was completed within the month, with the actual work itself taking no more than 3 days. We would 100% recommend Aaron and his team time and again. Made the process fast and as painless as possible. THANK YOU!"

No, all faucets are not compatible with all sinks. Because your countertops and your sink likely have a set number of holes already built in, you’ll need to find a faucet with the same amount of holes to work with your existing sink.

A professional plumber will typically take around two hours to install a sink. Of course, it depends on the work involved. More complicated installations, that require rerouting plumbing or countertop installation, will take longer. If you’re doing the job yourself, expect to spend between four and six hours—and definitely enlist a friend to help if you’ve got a heavy sink that’s made from porcelain. You may not be able to lift it on your own.

Once you have your garbage disposal disconnected, you can remove the mounting bracket by unscrewing the bolts that are holding the bracket. You can back them out just enough to pop off the snap ring, which prevents the bottom portion of the bracket from disconnecting from the top when you unscrew the bolts. Use a regular screwdriver to pop off the snap ring, and the rest of the components should fall off by themselves.

Deteriorated seals, O-rings, or gaskets are common culprits behind a leaky sink after you’ve turned off the water—especially if your sink is older than 15 years. Inspect each of these mechanisms in your sink for signs of corrosion or looseness, then replace the worn-out part to fix it. Older sinks may be worth replacing if several of the parts are worn-out.

You’ll need a backsplash behind your pedestal sink in your bathroom. Because pedestal sinks mount directly to the wall and usually have smaller basins with narrow rims, it’s easier to splash and get water on the wall or floor. You’re better off having a backsplash while brushing your teeth or washing your hands.
