We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"We were given a reasonably good priced quote to move us from Denver to San Angelo, TX on a specific schedule that we needed because of our special needs child. We were told the move would be done in one large moving van. We were told they had an office and storage facility here in San Angelo. None of those things were true. They showed up at 8:00 PM to load things. The manager, using an alias informed me that they actually didn't use a large van and that they would have to charge an additional $2,200 to meet the schedule we were promised. We were hours from having to be out of our home. My wife panicked and we paid the extra charge. The total cost of the move was more than twice the estimate. It took almost a month to get the final load, and we are missing over $5,000 worth of our belongings. When we asked how to file an insurance claim the manager refused to tell me who the insurance company was and instead referred us to an intermediary with no real address or phone. "

The expected 2 day move turned into a 3 day nightmare that included one night sleeping on the floor of our home (and my husband is 80 and has had a stroke) and the loss of the opportunity to participate in a home sales event at our destination. Did we sign an updated contract on the street on a Sunday night at nearly 10 PM for them to rent a second truck? Well, yes we did. What else could we do? They had us over a barrel from the beginning. The crew also had absolutely no idea how to move a piano--they spent about 8 hours on that alone--despite claiming they "are one of the best in the business." They did wrap our things well and they worked really hard, but it was definitely a switch-and-bait tactic that was incredibly manipulative and completely maddening. Beware!"
