"Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean."

"Had SD Express (Honeycomb Construction) paint our garage and WOW - it made a huge difference. Overall very happy with the outcome and service provided by Eugeniu and his brother and would hire again (have already recommended him to family members). I sent Eugeniu an email and he replied promptly and came by for an in person visit to provide an estimate (I was only interested in prime / paint at first) but Eugeniu recommended that we mud / sand the walls first to give the garage a smoother finish. The estimate process was easy and when we agreed upon a date / time for service, Eugeniu was professional and arrived on time each day. Eugeniu and his brother covered the paint site with appropriate protective cover so the paint would not stain the floor or a few of our personal items that we left in the garage. They applied mud the first day, sand and prime the second day and painted the ceiling and walls the 3rd day (white ceiling and grey walls). The paint job made a huge difference - what was previously unfinished we now look forward to organizing and making it a useable space"

"FANTASTIC.............As soon as we came up with a plan (it kept changing) Thomas had someone out to start almost the next day. They dug out all the brush and left a few really good cedar trees. We had the old patio torn up. We had a nice cedar fence put up (we got a dog) with 2 gates. Had a new patio poured and stamped and a retaining wall put in because of a dip in the yard of quite a few feet. Everything was done on time and looked great. We had a lawn put in, but it never really seemed to grow due to the heavy shade we have with all the trees. We later went on to "phase 2"....We needed a place for the dog to run and since the grass didn't grow well .So Thomas came up with the idea of kind of a sandbox with finely crushed turquoise rock framed by rocks. We did that and it worked great. This took up about 1/3 of the length of the yard. We also decided to put in a small stone wall to separate the top of the yard from the "dog park". We love that, too. Gustavo did all the rock work and he was very good at it and took a lot of pride in his work. Over the winter some of it became quite muddy where the grass didn't grow and we had to call Thomas back this spring for "phase 3". We extended the sandbox the whole length of the yard and we all love it. The dog can run and play and not get too dirty and it looks really pretty. When it rains it turns all light turquoise. I don't know if there is a 'phase 4" or not but if we need more done we will call Thomas without hesitation. Our yard has some pictures on his website for before and after."
