"Trimming arborvitaes was not done correctly. They trimmed some three feet off the ground going up the arborvitaes, in the front yard. Their are some in the back yard that still touch the ground. The tops of ALL arborvitaes are not even,they are shaggy in several areas. I showed them pictures of previous Trimming from 5 years ago and told them this is what I want done. That DIDN'T HAPPEN. Their equipment burned 3 patches in my lawn 12" in diameter. I sent a text to the boss and received NO RESPONSE. I am unable to upoad photos in this program."
