"We had their mowing service for 2 years. It went well until about 2-3 months ago. I think Russell has a new partner because the name changed to R&D Construction and Landscaping. I inquired about a couple of missed mowings, which can happen at end of season if mowing is not needed. Didn't return calls last 2-3 months. I don't have a final bill so if I am billed for these I may update this review. They did good work and I am happy to pay for mowings actually done. Russell used to come with his workers until recently, which is when the problems occured. I don't know why the sudden change in service, but they quit when I asked about the missed mowings, 3 in the past 2 months. The work was good, but communication was bad in the end."

Garbage disposals can last between 10 and 12 years, so if your unit is pushing its lifespan, it may be a good idea to replace it. Once you have your garbage disposal disconnected, you can remove the mounting bracket by unscrewing the bolts that are holding the bracket. You can back them out just enough to pop off the snap ring, which prevents the bottom portion of the bracket from disconnecting from the top when you unscrew the bolts. Use a regular screwdriver to pop off the snap ring, and the rest of the components should fall off by themselves.
