"They manipulated there way into my home by using the same work order to tarp my roof from the fire. Inventored small useless items which cost way more than just yhrowing it away. Took things out of yard thst were unaffected like metal plant stands to pad their bill. Micategorized many many items items to pad their bill. Balnk picture w description of "decor". They will get over 100k of policy money while i get 48k due to their padding and not including my most expensive items. Estmate of belongings was off by 120k. Wanted to hire public adjuster but yhey threatened to quit. I now have hire a public adjustor who will take 10% of total. Do jot hire them, they are incompetent. Work stopped for a week while one person went on vacation and worker brought a toddler to run around house unsupervised."

"The project started 10/2021 and ended sometime in 2/2022. This project took long3r than anticipated. I had to check in multiple times to see if anyone would be working on the project that day. The sub contractors used for electrical and plumbing cut corners in places causing issues and failures in 2024. The electrician tapped into existing wires, over loading the breaker and the water tank connections were not threaded and sealed correctly causing a leak with the expansion tank. Luckily I found good people to do the work and get it done right."

"This review is long overdue in my praise of Washington Energy Services for their customer service, pricing and workmanship ! My first interaction was in 1999 when they installed windows throughout my house. They are still in excellent condition. I might note I called them over 20 years later to inquire on how I could repair a broken slider and they sent someone right out, charging a very nominal amount to repair it. In 2020, I needed to replace my hot water tank, and the extremely knowledgeable Christy presented several options, answering my many questions. I settled on one with a booster that seemed to best fit my needs. Finally, in December 2023, I purchased a new gas furnace from WES. I had a minor issue with a fan switch and they responded quickly to rectify the situation. Within the past two months, I seemed to be having an issue with my thermostat (something they had not installed), and the manager, Greg, came out twice with his crew to explore the problem. Today they installed a new thermostat FREE OF CHARGE! Their excellent response and customer service is beyond any company I have hired. And I particularly love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. Their employees seem to be there for the long haul, which speaks highly of the owner. I refer all my friends and family and I won't go anywhere else for services that they offer. Many thanks to the staff I have interacted with over the past 25 years!"

"This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any company. The plumber came out for a shower that was not draining. I am on septic and let them know that my septic was just pumped in July. However they wanted to check anyways. After checking under the baffle inspection, I was advised by the plumber that my septic tanks were full and needed to be pumped. I contacted a septic company they came out first thing the next morning and checked my septic tanks, they were not full and ironically enough was able to pull out a huge clog of toilet paper from the baffle. He advised this is something that the plumbers do but since we just had one out the day before and they did told us the wrong information he would happily fix the problem for us. My husband called Riley Cahill (the manger) the next day to try to talk to him about the situation and try to find out why we were charged so much since there was not an itemized receipt. Riley proceeded to get very defense and angry and HUNG UP on my husband. He then called back left a message that saying he will check with his plumbers on Monday and get back to us. Monday morning I called Riley Cahill to have a conversation of what went wrong and how we will remedy the situation. He proceeded to once again get very upset, raise his voice and was insanely disrespectful (telling me to be quiet and stop talking). Then hung up on me as well. After that he called back to tell me I was wrong, and hung up on me again. I told him during the conversation that I was going to warn anyone I could not to use this company through reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

We completed major home repair and remodeling, including bathroom shower repair and remodeling, Kitchen and Living Room ceiling/internal skylight enhancements, Interior and Deck Painting, and Basement Remodeling. Ray has been always going above and beyond in delivering the results. He will make sure the details and end results are perfect. His team's integrity is unquestionable, responsiveness and quality are top notch. Given the multiple projects he's dealing with, his crew still manage to get the repairs and remodeling done on time, as promised. I would hire Lopez Bros Construction again for my next project."

"Vadim did an excellent job in our master bathroom. The noise was next level, but the end product was stunning. Pros/cons to consider when hiring Vadim Pros -very timely, informs you if running late -clean, his appearance and his workspace -great communication, always responds quick. Cons -he leads his guys with an iron fist -I don’t think he drinks water at all -doesn’t take breaks -Sounds like fighting when he speaks his language to his guys."

"My elderly mother is partially blind and disabled. On November 1, 2021 her washing machine broke leaking water in her home. In desperation she called rotor rooter. Roto rooter came out, stopped the leak, and put dryers in and left. They returned a few days later to remove the dryers. The technician quoted my mother a cost of about $3000.00. My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."
