The raking was replaced as requested, however the boards on the floor of the deck that were not replaced were not tightened down, so the deck still has loose boards, for the price they could have taken a few more minutes to tighten or replace those screws."

He did not send the estimate for the second job, but then did communicate the information to me when he came out to do the first job. Rubin was very professional, personable and a clear communicator.
