Not only did he replace and raise some of our sprinklers, but he also helped us pick out the type of grass to install and the finish on the concrete that would look best for the patio. We had to leave for a while and had mentioned we had to pull the tarp out of the pool and when we came back Luis already had pulled it out for us! None of this was in the estimate, yet Luis took it upon himself to help us out at no charge. We are hiring Luis again to do some inside construction. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
