Vinyl Siding Repair or Partially Replace
Buying new windows for your home is a big decision. Strictly Exteriors was one of several company I contacted for bids. After meeting with Mike and seeing the windows he suggested by Coeur D'Alene Window CO I chose Mike because of his experience, professionalism, great quality windows and he spoke highly of his team. Mike's team just finished installing my new windows and I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the team's great workmanship and attention to details. I laugh to myself thinking of the song "I can see clearly now" because I'm looking out my new windows and everything is so clear. This time of year I have to draw my blinds to keep the glare from the sun and heat out, but not with theses new windows. I highly recommend Strickland Exteriors.

This is the second job that Mike and his crew have performed at my home. I couldn't be happier. They do a professional job. Terrific. I have many friends who have used Mike's services and raved about what a great job he and his crew do. They were right. It was a big job (at least in my eyes), and it looks beautiful. They did siding, trim, soffits, gutters, and will be doing two windows. They worked hard in this very hot recent heatwave. They stayed upbeat, and got the work done. I was very impressed.

Mike came to my home the day after I called, together we picked out the perfect color combination covering my 42 year old T-111 siding, I was going to put on my 6th coat of paint on my 2 story, and my old double pane windows sweated and leaked, I'm very pleased with new ones and the patio slider works like a dream. I've got 3 neighbors who had Mike put on siding and windows up to 13 yrs ago and they still look like new, it was my turn, the crew was very prompt and professional and I strongly recommend Strickland exteriors

Strickland Exteriors have the very best products available! From start to finish Mike and his crew were professional, detail oriented, friendly and easy to work with. We refreshed our 1978 home with their seamless steel siding and Coeur d' lene windows. It looks like a new home! There were so many colors to choose from. Strickland recently installed steel siding and soffit on my 105-year-old house and I could not be happier. The house looks new while maintaining the original look (Dutch lap siding). Mike, the owner, was a breeze to work with. I called and received an estimate the next day and not only was he nice and professional; he was enthusiastic about how solid the seamless steel product is. I signed the agreement in mid-November and they started in late December. The siding/soffit was finished in about 9 days, which was impressive for such a tall house. The crew were super polite, professional, and highly skilled. I was impressed with how clean they left the house and yard each night. I am already recommending Strickland to everyone. It is such a relief to know the house is protected and that I will never have to paint it again. The house has no central heating/air and gets cold in the winter. Due to the foam sheeting and new siding installed directly over the old wood siding, it is noticeably warmer inside. Wish I had done it years ago. The only part that sucked was that it was dark when I left and came home so I was not able to see much better it looked each day!

Mike is awesome to work with. Quick to respond and was on time for inspection and quote. This man knows his products and what his crews can do with them. I had some issues that had been done to the addition to the home that concerned me. Mike didn't have to think about it. Told me what they could do and it would be no problem. Even did soffits and fascia. All in colored metal. No painting again and " LOOKS AWESOME! " I have a new house. Price was very fair! We just had Strickland Exteriors (Kennewick office) replace the siding on our 25-year-old house. Everything about the experience has been great, and the finished product is beyond our expectations. The work crew was extremely skilled, very polite and respectful, and went at the job every day with such enthusiasm it was a joy to watch! At the end of each workday they did a very thorough cleanup of our yards and their worksites, leaving it looking as though nothing had been done, except for the ever-growing sections of removed old and installed new seamless steel! That's impressive for their commitment to our satisfaction, and for making sure that nothing they did would cause their business to have anything negative reported. We are very happy with the work Strickland performed. From the initial meeting with Mike Strickland to learn about his product to the last day of the installation, we have been very impressed with this company. Mike completely backs his product and his crew - he was very informative about the complete job so that we knew exactly what we were getting and how the installation would be performed. His crew is professional and is a highly efficient team. They were very polite and cleaned up the site every day before leaving. They polished everything off carefully the final day to assure our newly updated house really looked top notch. They worked around some difficult spots with our landscaping and left everything intact and undamaged. The change in the exterior of our house is striking. We are very happy that we chose Strickland and this particular product. They paid great attention to detail in finishing and assured that all the soffits and posts were covered. All the edges were touched up to ensure that everything looked perfect before they left. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor and crew. I'd recommend Strickland to anybody.

We contacted Strickland in early July and Mike called back within a day and set a date to review our project. He furnished us with 6 homes throughout the Tri Cities, WA area to visit and see their work. We elected to do the re-side of our home with seamless steel siding. Work was scheduled for mid October. Work began on Oct 10 and finished Oct 23. Very pleased with their work. Strickland has a very cordial crew that was punctual daily;, they completely stripped all the old vinyl siding and trim and soffit and replaced with new. The installers were very particular as to fit and finish. The post construction clean up was complete, even using a large magnet to retrieve nails and metal fragments. Mike Strickland came down and we did a thorough walk around to satisfy ourselves that all details were finished, light fixtures installed and working, and everything was complete to our satisfaction. We would definitely consider using Strickland Exteriors again in the future or recommend them highly to others seeking to improve their exterior and increase the value of their home with a really quality siding product. With out attached garage we re-sided 3000 sq ft.

The Crew showed up on time each day and worked very diligently to get the job done in a timely manner with as little interruption as possible. They were very kind and considerate to my needs and even worked around my daughter's nap schedule to not disturb her. They put down plastic in each room as they were working on the windows to help minimize the mess inside the house. After each window was completed they promptly vacuumed and cleaned all the mess up. They wiped their feet before entering the house each time. They paid special attention to detail and did excellent finish work inside and outside the house. They caulked around each window and put new trim up inside and out. We could not be happier with the quality of windows we received and the price was very fair, lower than the other bids we received. After meeting and talking with Mike (the owner) I knew we were going to get quality work and we did! This company is very reputable and it was a pleasure working with them. I would highly recommend Strickland exteriors. This is a company that does not skimp on quality!

They started on Wednesday the 22 and finished on Wednesday the 30 th they were clean professional and extremely polite. They showed up around 9 the first day and 8 every day after. They used tarps for stripping off the old cedar siding and I had new windows in the first day the second day all the windows and doors were in the third and fourth days they finished the siding fifth and sixth days sofit and fascia. When they went to lunch they cleaned up when the finished for the day they cleaned up including going over the parking strips and the sidewalk and lawn with a magnet to make sure there weren't any nails or strips of steal left to hurt someone. I'm once again proud to own this home it is beautiful. I can't thank Milkes team enough for all the hard work they put into my home they are amazing. I was given an estimated time of completion of 8-10 business days and they were completely finished in 6. If you are thinking about remodeling the outside of your house I highly recommend Strickland exteriors my only complaint is that I didn't do it sooner. I hate painting and now I never have to do it again. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough. But THANKYOU

Excellent experience and products. Mike provided a free estimate and explained different options for siding and windows. The crew did an excellent job and turned a tired looking old house into one that looks fresh and new. They cleaned up after each day's work and even hauled off all the old windows. I would definitely recommend Strickland Exteriors to anyone.
