"Dishonest and unprofessional, profits over customer service, please stay away from this business. Quote was fair for my new patio of about 700ft, signed contract in Aug and estimated project start within 4-6 weeks, then problems started: 1. Scheduling nightmare Kept putting off my project and was told they had to finish some big projects first, and in Oct when it was well beyond the promised project start dates, the owner Cary called me to COMPLAIN angrily that they are annoyed by my request for ETA, and they have no idea when my project would start. The office manager Karen soon texted to apologize for Cary's behavior, but clearly this company doesn't value their customers and have no regard for the contract. 2. Crew urinating on my wall, unprofessional On project start day, no project manager onsite, no honey bucket for crew to use, the crew lead was constantly smoking and tossing cigarette butt around in my yard. Later when I complained, Karey argued the honey bucket would cost them $250 and I should not take advantage of them. Just unbelievable. Also the entire crew don't speak any English, it was impossible to communicate timely and make adjustments without project manager onsite . 3. Dishonest, still haven't fixed quality problem as promised Last day of project, crew was rushing to finish and didn't follow the original design on the patio landing area, and when I asked them to wait for 20 minutes so I can inspect because I was in a meeting at work, they refused and just left. Next day when I reported the issue, the office manager Karen texted me to "Stop taking advantage of them", "It costs them money to fix things" and finally she said they will come to fix only after collecting the remaining payment. I trusted them but it was a big mistake, no response at all about the fix after I paid the remaining half, clearly this business is used to telling lies and can't be trusted. Demand of patio projects is high during the pandemic, but there is no excuse for cutting corners, being dishonest, unethical and unprofessional!"
