The crew that arrived to provide the quote were friendly and offered a very good deal for a 4-zone mini-split, and I excitedly agreed to do the job. Unfortunately, my installation was delayed by three days at the last minute. It did not bother me, but it shows there is a need for improved communication and scheduling in the company. When the installation crew finally arrived, they were very enthusiastic, friendly, and were always willing to install the system the way we wanted it. They took their time to make sure it looked great. Since they are a new company, finding their rhythm, the job took three days instead of the stated two. The end result was a very good and clean install with no issues or major concerns. Overall, AllSet Home shows great potential for being two months old and no doubt will become even better over time.
