The yard looked noticeably neater, the edging was clean, and the overall appearance was a significant improvement over the previous service I had been using. He listened to what I asked for, followed through, and appears to take pride in doing the job properly. He also sprayed the areas that needed attention and initially did not intend to charge for that spraying, although I insisted on paying him something. I also appreciated seeing him and his helpers working together. They showed a strong work ethic and were consistent and thorough.
