I have American Home Shield Insurance so when things go wrong I usually call them. I did in fact call them however it's been almost 2 weeks later and American Home Shield can't find someone to help me. I went to the laundry mat yesterday and it cost me $25.00. This shouldn't had happened. My husband and I talked and we agreed this had to be rectified ASAP!!! I decided to call Angi and Sam called me within 15 minutes or less. He had the job. After submitting my request to home adviser I got a call from All Fix within an hour. The technician Sam arrived an hour after that. He inspected the job needed and I received a quote that evening. After a day or two and another company quote, I went with All fix. Sam shows up on time and quickly completed the job. He answered all my questions, cleaned up. Very polite and professional.
