"Very responsive, quality work and cleanup."

"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"Very well and on time. He phoned me before submitting a bid to ask specific questions about the site and work to be done. Next day received a very detailed bid describing work to be done, cost of concrete, how much concrete and even his travel cost. Next day after accepting his bid, he called to tell me the job could be done the next day. Very pleased with our new patio."

"Martin landscaping did an excellent job in lawn and maintenance! Would highly recommend hiring him. We will be calling on him again. Thank you so much for your service."

"This was a good experience. It was done well and promptly. Friendly."

"We worked directly with Brock, the owner and his staff. They maintained great communication, arrived when promised, and did an excellent job finishing a stamped concrete patio project after another contractor had "ghosted" us. They charged a fair rate and went the extra mile to make we were happy with the finished job. I highly recommend them."

"TDS did an outstanding job. They arrived early and went right to work. They trimmed and hauled away the cut bushes. They did exactly as I was requesting. Very polite and respectful of my property. I would definitely use them again."
