We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. "We hired Magical Forest Landscaping to install a wood privacy fence to contain our two large dogs. The project was approximately 25 linear feet of fence with a double gate that extended across a concrete driveway; part of which was sloped. They poured concrete footings, built the fence from scratch to match elevation, and drilled into concrete for a security drop rod. Ricardo and his team exceeded expectations on every dimension: affordability, quality, and professionalism. His bid was highly competitive and his team was able to show up within 1-2 days of estimate acceptance. They were extremely professional, showing up on-time and with comprehensive material clean up.
