We are 5 months in, it's still not up and running... Our 6 months free is gone, so now we're paying for something that isn't working. The lady my fiance talked to yesterday told him the panels they need to upgrade should take 2 hours to do.. The electrician showed up this morning, to my surprise it's going to take well over 6+hours, with the power shut off. The icing on the cake was when he explained they have to come back another time, turn off the power and do some more upgrades.. NO ONE EXPLAINED THIS FROM THE BEGINNING! Not to mention, we were told ONE electrician would be doing the job and I had 3 guys at my door. With how society is right now, having 3 males in my home while my fiance is gone is not okay."
