The owner, Kane Gardner, also did the installation. At first, I felt I had a good rapport with him and he showed on time to do the job. However, he never consulted me about where I wanted the fence and which way I wanted the gates to open. The completed the first phase very quicky in two days. The second phase took much more time, since after he installed the posts he told me that he had to wait for product from his supplier. I wasn't in a hurry at the time and I believe the second phase took a little longer than a week. At the conclusion of the installation the owner, Kane Gardner, that if I had any problems with the fence he would come out to fix it and that he "stood behind" his work. Inevitably, one of the vinyl panels slid down and the gate sagged to the point it won't close. Mr. Gardner came out after approximately a week and fixed the problems. The following spring (approximately 10 months). An entire panel fell from the posts and one gate sagged so much that it will not shut. I have called and left messages with Mr. Garnder several times asking for him to fix the problem or at least return my phone call. I even sent him email, but still no response. I turned to the BBB and filed a complaint, still no response. It is upsetting that when the work was completed he expected a timely payment, but after he has received the payment he has no issues with walking away from his work and NOT "standing behind' it. If you want a professional fence with some guarantees of workmanship, shop elsewhere.
