His responses to email were always timely and well written, something that I am sensitive about as a retired college professor. I am not in a position to truly judge the quality of his work, in part because it is underground. But I know that he did the work as scheduled for what I consider to have been a reasonable price and I have water in my house now. Ian was nice to work with and we are in the discussion stage for another project."
