I called with my issue at around 830 am, they had someone at my door less than 2 hours later, great response time. Steve was the name of my Plumber, he was knowledgeable and friendly, he looked at my shower and was straightforward about what the worst case scenario could be and what the best case would be. He was informative showing me clearly what the issue was was needed to be fixed and how he was going to go about it. On a job that could have cost me over 1000 dollars Steve helped me fix what needed fixing without replacing the whole assembly. Ultimately Steve saved me 600+ dollars by only doing the work that need to be done. This was a great experience and I will definitely use Steve again for any future plumbing issues!

Somehow my original order was lost -- I called them back the next morning and this time they showed up as promised. Once the plumber and his helper arrived they were great and took care of the problem.

These guys are our plumbers. From courteous scheduling to extreme professional service we have never been disappointed. Our last job was extensive and required tile cutting and redoing some fittings as a result of a remodel. Kevin has got us through this and a couple of other situations. Our kitchen sink drain was completely clogged recently. The servicemen came the same day, which was so great as you can imagine what it’s like to try to do dishes with a chronic illness and a family. They were friendly and on time; they also took the time to offer instruction on how to help keep drain clear- i.e. no oil or grease or coffee grounds down drain and to use vinegar and baking soda to keep clear vs. Draino (which can harm pipes, not to mention your body!) We had a bad experience with Draino earlier this year- I took a few breaths in the bathroom after my husband had treated the sink, not knowing he had used it, and it gave my daughter and I both a headache that, for me, lasted two weeks, off and on ( I never get headaches). Now I have a chronic headache that comes and goes whenever I am exposed to a harmful chemical, like gasoline, perfume or cologne, or the cleaning aisles in the grocery store, and etc. They did not use any chemicals to unclog the drain, which was so appreciated. I would recommend RotoRooter if anyone needs a plumber. ?

These guys were a pleasure to work with, very accommodating of our needs, suggested some ideas that would work. Came out when they said they would be there, got the entire job completed in one day, very helpful to me! Gave a reasonable estimate before starting and billed exactly what they quoted. Very pleased and would definitely hire again.

It went as I had planned lol. As it took two days since there were things that came up unexpectly. Which is usually the case when dealing with plumbing. Plus we requested a very busy plumber that had done the estimate. And the home had been vacant for many years. All in all it got done and I am very thankful for that.

I logged into Angies list and used the reviews to locate plumbing services close to my area. The service was prompt and fast for a Saturday call. Sal was very professional. He quickly assessed the problem, located and removed the blockage within an hour.
