Bryce was terrific. The project turned out to be a bit more complicated than was first envisioned, but he completed the work on time and within the original cost estimate. He kept me and my tenants effectively informed of the project status. I would highly recommend him.

Bryce was great. He was responsive, showed up on-time, and managed the work well. He stopped by to make sure everything was going as intended. The guys who did the work were friendly, courteous, on-time, and all the work was done for exactly the price quoted. He even had one of the guys do some extra digging to check out an old drainage line in the yard, just as a favor, without charge. I would highly recommend Bryce and his company.

Bryce Kennedy visited the site with 4 town homes three times to investigate the problem before he submitted the project bid. Once he started the work, he did more digging to understand what drainage system(s) were in place. The work started on time and finished two days early. They moved and stored dirt on site, removed problem soil, and supplied new dirt for the foundation and areas where he installed a new drain. The site was left neat and clean. His customer service and communication were excellent.

Bryce he is a hard working man. He answer me quick, and took care the job well done. I definitely hire him again when I need.

I worked with Bryce and not only was his bid lower than the others he found that the expensive replacement I was quoted for was not required and the job ended up costing me half the money. Bryce was very personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He seemed more interested in helping me diagnose and solve my drainage problem than convincing me to spend more unnecessarily. In fact, his solution saved me thousands and he was able to complete the project right away.

Bryce was extremely responsive to my call, and did get someone out to the house on Monday. I called on Saturday. We did expect Bryce, but he sent someone else, who seemed to be very honest, and did a good job. I had nobdy else to compare him with, so I gave him 3.5 starts for Quality and Value. 5 for Customer Service.

Bryce is tremendous. He came to my house, spent an hour walking around and discussing possible causes for my water problem, snaked out then shop-vac'ed a clogged drain, put his camera in to look around. All this for no charge because he didn't feel that he had solved the issue. Turns out he did. I'll call him first next time I need any drain help!

Bryce spent time assesing what the actual problem was before he determined exactly how to fix it. That was at no charge! He is honest, trustworthy,on time, and always cleaned up. Took pride in his work. His crew was great ! We would highly recomend him to anyone.

Great, fast, knowledgeable & loves plumbing!! My drain clog was about 50' away from the drain which the standard 30' snake couldn't reach. Bryce specializes in tricky issues, so had just the right tool to take care of it quickly.

Bryce was prompt, did a free anaylsis and offer to beat any other service offer we received and he did. The work was completed quickly, with permits and no problems since the repair.

They did a very good job clearing the drain, and investigated to find out what the initial problem was. Then took a video of the whole line documenting the problems with installation. I'm still waiting for his estimate of repairing the problems on the drainpipe. I have since contacted the original plumber Mr. Rooter who came out to view the video, but now they want to wait a few months, to see if the problem reoccurs. I would not recommend Mr. Rooter or any plumbing job.

They were quick, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. They arrived exactly when they said they would; there was no multi-hour window of when they might arrive.

He came well equipped and had very reasonable rates... I will definitely call him again next time when I need a plumber.
