My neighbor commented that their work was "gruesome". They could have had respect for me & my tree, but they did not. Wouldn't hire them to trim anything."

One of the biggest problems I see is the ground line being raised on trees. If your tree tapers at the ground line this could be a sign that it was backfilled too high. These trees remain green and appear to be healthy but, will be the tree that falls down whole in a 50 mile an hour wind. Don’t be fooled by TV shows like axman they’re not professionals, I do things right and I don’t take chances with your home.
