"Milo was very friendly and accommodating. I hired him to do annual maintenance on my tankless water system as well as flush it out. He discovered that the pump run constantly and that shouldn’t be happening. The result is my house is always 80° if I keep it plugged in so I always keep it unplugged. He diagnosed that the pump needs to be replaced but wasn’t absolutely positive if that would solve my heating problem. He’s supposed to be getting me a bid on replacing the pump, but I haven’t heard back from him. I would probably hire him again."

For example, there were a couple crucial details that were not described by our engineer, and Paul worked hard to determine the right course of action. In the end, what he came up with was better than we could have imagined. Not only is he personable and a knowledgeable contractor, he has an eye for aesthetic which was a delight as we discussed design options, from trim details to pergola hardware. In the end, Paul and his team built us a stunning 800 sf 2 story ADU and 400 sf basement garage, that feels spacious and contemporary while beautifully tying together with the exterior of our existing 1920s Tudor Revival home.
