"I found Paul on Craigslist and had him come out to look at my basement mother-in-law suite. The suite needed a big overhaul as the last time was probably in the 80's and it was pretty run down. Paul took his time and went over all of the details with me to explain exactly what was needed to do the renovation. Of the 4 or 5 contractors I had look at the project, Paul took the time necessary to look at what he was getting himself into before blindly committing and I appreciated that very much. I would much rather know up front what I'm getting into. Paul took about 3 weeks to complete the renovation with his team. He quoted me about 4 weeks so he was finished early which was nice. The quality was fantastic, he for sure knows what he is doing. The price was very fair imo for the time spent and the materials and for the quality of work. Since the major renovation, I've had a few other projects like replacing a house door, redoing a kitchen and redoing a bathroom that Paul did as well and they turned out very nice. Overall 5/5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone looking to redo a bathroom to major overhauls."

"Pete, the owner of Squire Creek Construction, was our primary contact person. We were impressed with his attention to detail and willingness to work with us to ensure the project was completed to exactly what we had envisioned. Pete gave us straightforward answers about expected cost and time. He provided us with several options for the addition and remodel to fit our needs and budget. The biggest expense for our home remodel project was the addition of a sun room. The room required several steps which included replacing three windows, removal of siding on the home and replacing it with drywall, new electrical, and new plumbing. Squire Creek Construction was not contracted to complete the electrical and plumbing as it is not part of their repertoire but Pete was able to recommend several reputable companies. Pete framed the sun room, sauna, and dressing room. He also installed flooring, windows, skylights, doors, and cedar siding in the sauna and dressing room. We bought the sauna stove at a specialty store and had Pete install it for us. Pete also remodeled the deck that is attached to our new additon. He extended the roof line and installed several skylights and a trellis on the end of our deck. Our biggest compliment to Pete is that he took time to be sure the job was done correctly the first time. We were impressed with his attention to detail and all the work we had done looks beautiful!"

We had new quartz countertops and appliances installed in the kitchen. We had the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen refinished. And we had the whole house painted on the inside. "Jason managed a large remodel at our house, including new floors, cabinets, kitchen, bathrooms, tile, fireplace, and doors. We found Jason to be knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, and pleasant to deal with. With a large project like this we were bound to run into some unexpected problems, and Jason was always willing to do whatever it took to resolve these to our satisfaction. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
