The new room has become the focal point of the house. The crew also completed a full bathroom remodel, added several new window openings, and completed some other projects during the ~10 weeks of construction, but the new room is really what showcased the Cox Custom Remodeling expertise and ingenuity on this project. We had some obstacles to deal with, such as a sloping lot, and a wet-land setback. Pete did a good job building our garage and added small  touches that I would not have thought of that will be helpful in the future. For example, where our covered breezeway attached to the house covered up the dryer exhaust vent. Pete put an access door in our covered breeze-way so we will be able to do repairs to the dryer vent, if needed."
