"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. After meeting up with Alvaro (owner) several times to discuss the projects, we decided to hire him. The best part about this renovation was that Alvaro did the work himself with very good eye on details, as well he is very knowledgeable on plumbing, tiles, carpentry and electrical. Also, he has a great crew. Often, they worked weekends and stayed late. We were very happy with Alvaro and his crew and, we plan to hire them again soon for our next house project."
