"This was a return to the newly installed bathroom fan, the light did not work. I needed to complete dry wall near the fan, so I had asked that the light portion be wired, but not installed. It was a quick plug in and center screw. Someting I could do. But once I connected the light did not turn on. Harts was able to schedule someone the next day. It was with a diffrent electrician. No problem. He was not familiar with ceiling fixture, but was able to figure out the ground needed to be attached on the night light fixture. Which is not being used otherwise per my request. Fan and light both work."

"I hired Dekota to install 8 big lights in my garage and some extension cord reals. The light are bright and work great and great craftsmanship with the chain length and level of the fixtures."

"The contractor stood us up and didnt show when they said they would. They claimed they were unable to get to our house because of snow. I dont think they even came to our neighborhood. I made it out in my car several times. When I called I got an overseas answering service who wouldnt send a contractor. I was able to find a phone number for the actual company and the guy who answered claimed he would send somebody out the next day. That day came and went and nobody showed up. After a 3rd appointments we finally had somebody show up. I think they didnt want to deal with us because the price they quoted us was ridiculous. I dont think putting in a ceiling fan should cost $650 an I dont see why installing a transfer switch should cost $1400. I can get somebody to do it for $400. This is a very unprofessional and unreliable company. I told them this in an email but they never bothered responding."

"After contacting NW Natural Lighting, Dawn came to our house (on a weekend, which was nice) to do a consultation, explaining how solartubes work, helping us understand where and how they could have the most impact, and providing recommendations for where to install them and how many to install. Ours is a bit of an unusual case because we were installing the solartubes in bedrooms, but they explained that we could put dimmers in to close them at night. The installation had to be booked a month or two out because they're booked pretty far out, but the installers showed up on time and did a great job on the installation. I think our building is a little tricky to work with because the roof is pretty steep and the ceiling is lathe and plaster, but they got the solartubes in with only one extra hole in the ceiling (we pretty much end up with an extra hole in the wall or ceiling anytime anyone does work on our place). The additional light is great, and the fixtures blend in pretty well with the ceilings."

After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."

"They were on site for 6 days. Some days it was an "A" and some days a "C". They did not always clean up. They were late a couple of times where it was very inconvenient for me. I just remember there was some aggravating factors like not cleaning up. They cut some holes in the ceiling and actually left some drywall debris on a bed. It was just careless stuff like that. In the end, they took care of everything. It was an old house. There was surprises. They were very reasonable in absorbing the additional costs. They did it correctly with an old house. As things came up, they took care of it. That was a positive."
