Some of the services involved rather technical tasks that we could not perform ourselves (correcting defectively functioning door hinges, adjusting and modifying door hardware, re-caulking between countertops and under mount sinks, caulking between cabinet trim and the ceiling, touching up paint, and securing a loose outdoor porch post to a concrete walkway.) Other tasks involved helping us as senior citizens with maintenance jobs that are hard for us (replacing LED lights and tubes in complicated and hard to reach overhead fixtures, and cleaning fan and air vent openings). Very little caulking around the windows and there were gaps in it. He showed me the pictures and we discussed the work that needed done. With the Fall rain season upon us, he was able to quickly schedule the work. I really appreciated this. Once he completed the work, he took me around and showed me what he did.
